Hurghada is one of the most popular diving destinations in the Red Sea, offering year-round sunshine, warm waters, colorful coral reefs, and diverse marine life. With excellent diving conditions and a wide variety of dive sites, it is an ideal destination for certified divers looking to explore the underwater world.
Our daily fun diving trips operate 7 days a week, giving certified divers the opportunity to enjoy two dives at different locations around Hurghada.
1. Arrival & Boat Preparation
Upon arrival at the boat, the diving team will welcome you and assist with the required paperwork. Before departure, you will receive a boat briefing and general diving instructions.
2. Sailing to the First Dive Site
The boat leaves the harbor at approximately 09:00. During the journey to the first dive site, you can relax on board, enjoy the sunshine, and prepare for your first dive.
3. Two Diving Stops
The daily program includes two diving stops at selected dive sites around Hurghada. Depending on the destination, you may discover colorful coral reefs, schools of tropical fish, and other marine life.
Each dive site offers a different underwater experience, making every trip an opportunity to discover something new.
4. Diving Equipment
Diving equipment is not included in the standard trip.
Divers who have their own equipment may bring it with them. Tanks and weights may be available according to the diving program and applicable arrangements.
Optional equipment and services may also be available, such as:
- DIN adapters
- Nitrox tanks for certified divers
- 15-liter tanks
- Private dive guides
- Dive computers, subject to availability
5. Dive Sites
Hurghada offers a wide variety of dive sites, ranging from colorful coral reefs to fascinating underwater wrecks. The selected sites can vary depending on weather conditions, sea conditions, and the day's diving program.
6. Safety & Diving Requirements
Daily fun dives are intended for certified divers. Divers should follow the instructions of the diving team and respect all safety procedures throughout the trip.
Divers should also take current sea and weather conditions into consideration. Dive sites and schedules may be adjusted when necessary to maintain a safe diving experience.
7. Water Temperature & Diving Seasons
Hurghada offers diving opportunities throughout the year.
Water temperatures generally vary between approximately 22°C and 29°C, depending on the season. Wetsuits may be available in different thicknesses, such as 3 mm or 5 mm, depending on the season and diver preferences.
